We have put together this privacy policy to show our commitment to protecting your privacy and to explain what information we gather from you and what we do with it.  When you call any of our phone numbers, visit our website(s), mail us any letters or payments, or send us any emails, that data is submitted by yourself, and may be contained in our system for future use and/or to assist you with any inquiries, orders, returns or others issues, resolve disputes, process transactions, send notices about your orders, payment information, shipping and delivery and arrival information. Minors and Our Website

We do not purposely collect information from anyone under 13 years of age, while we discourage anyone under the age of 18 to visit our site or purchase any of its products due to some of the items which may contain sexual explicit materials unless supervised by a legal guardian or are under the supervision of a licensed professional medical advisor. If we unintentionally collect information about someone under 13 years of age, we will delete all the information from our systems.

What information do we collect?

We collect both personal and non-personal information. Our goal in collecting this information is to provide a customized experience. With this information, we are able to give you features and services that are more suited to fit your needs presently, and in the future. Naturally, you are able to look through our website without providing us personal information, but once you provide us with this personal information, you are no longer unknown to us.

Non-Personal Information: We will also collect non-personal information such as IP address or which URL you came from to get to our website and the URLs you visit on our website. A URL if the full address of the website, which may have personal or identifying information about the person who is viewing it. An IP address is a number that can be used to find your location and your Internet Service Provider.

Use of Cookies: We may also use an element of your browser called cookies. This will assign user identification to your computer. This user ID within the cookie will identify your computer, but not you, to our servers every time you come to our website. Cookies on their own cannot be used to find the identity of any user, but may used with the identity information in our log files. Use of Pixel Tags: We may collect information through "pixel tags" that are in email messages we send to you. Pixel tags are tiny graphic files that are in HTML-encoded email messages. They are not visible to the human eye.  When an email message is opened in an HTML-capable program, your computer will access our server to get the pixel tag file, allowing us to record and store, along with your email address, the date and time the email was viewed, and other standard logging information. The pixel tag can also see or read cookies.

How do we use or disclose the information that’s collects?

How can I correct, update, or delete my information?

Please be sure to include your email address, your order or member number(s), the name(s) and date(s) of the product(s) you purchased, and the information you wish to change. Also, you may delete the cookies stored on your computer, which will cause our system to view you as a new user with no known user data.
