Minors and Our Website
We do not purposely collect information from anyone under 13 years of age, while we discourage anyone under the age of 18 to visit our site or purchase any of its products due to some of the items which may contain sexual explicit materials unless supervised by a legal guardian or are under the supervision of a licensed professional medical advisor. If we unintentionally collect information about someone under 13 years of age, we will delete all the information from our systems.

Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, or cancel an automatic billing, please follow these instructions:
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can simply return it, in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order, and we will refund your purchase price (less S&H). Items returned after 30 days will not qualify for a refund, so please check your dates. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] that will be issued to you by one our Customer Representatives. Simply email us at cs@johnabdo.com , stating you wish to return your product/s and one of our staff members will provide you with an RMA that must be included with your returned item(s). Along with your returning product/s and RMA number, please provide us with an explanation for the reason why you’re returning the book. If any of the items you've returned to us is damaged in any way, with markings, torn or wrinkled pages, discolored covers or pages, or any other defects that deems that book unreadable and/or unresalable, then you may not be entitled to a return. Please check that your book is in good condition before returning it to us to warrant a refund of your purchase price.
